

The National Sport Academy FlexSport Program is designed to provide a flexibile
schedule during school hours for the serious athlete interested in training 5-7 days a week.
- Equestrian was introduced in 2005. In 2006, the National Sport Academy created the FlexSport Program to accommodate individual and team sport athletes wanting to create better balance between athletic and academic pursuits.
- Past and present FlexSport student athletes compete in the following sports: equestrian, swimming, tennis, track & field, figure skating, ringette, volleyball, triathlon, downhill ski racing, softball and soccer.
- National Sport Academy FlexSport student athletes are self-disciplined and self-motivated in both academics and athletics.
- The National Sport Academy FlexSport Program, grades 10 – 12, is offered at Central Memorial High School
